Process Pending Voters

Note: This option is for VR Systems use only. This program is only available to our internal staff for testing and support purposes.

The Process Pending Voters program finds all voters currently listed in a Pending status and processes their status updates. Some counties run Process Pending Voters more frequently than monthly.

You should not click OK on the Process Pending Voters program until you are certain that all voters listed should be processes.

  1. Go to LIST MAINTENANCE > List Maintenance Tasks > Process Pending Voters.
  2. On the Voter Management dialog, in the Election Date field, you would typically accept the default, which is today's date. However, if you are running the program just prior to an election and you want voters to be marked as Suspense in precinct registers so that poll workers can ask them for their address, enter the date of the election.
  3. Click OK.

When the voters' status is converted, you will see the message Run Completed at the bottom of the Voters List Management dialog.
